In July 2021, International Capital successfully raised and funded over $16.8M equity from international and domestic investors for the development of a 182-unit, Class A+ multifamily community, named The Saint June, located in the affluent Barton Creek neighborhood of Austin, TX.

The project will be developed by Stratus Properties, Inc., an Austin-based, publicly traded real estate company who develops institutional-quality multifamily, single-family, retail, and mixed-use properties in major Texas markets.

The Saint June will be built on 36 acres and include exceptional amenities including a resort-style clubhouse, fitness center, pool and extensive green space including a private walking/hiking trail all while preserving the site’s natural landscape.

The project will be AEGB (Austin Energy Green Building) certified.

First units are expected to be delivered Q4 2022.
