Within the last 40 years, she has consummated more than $350 Million in real estate transactions. Christiane is specialized in structuring real estate acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and strategic planning for European investors.

Christiane is fluent in both German and English and conducts business in both languages. She received a Master’s Degree in Economics from Würzburg University. With over 40 years of experience in the US, Christiane has expertise in both cultures and languages.

Andreas K. Bremer
President & CEO

Andreas K. Bremer manages a US-wide real estate portfolio of more than $375 million with International Capital, LLC. Andreas has more than 30 years of financial and general management experience with extensive knowledge of corporate finance and commercial lending and holds a degree as a CCIM©. As a German educated lawyer, former banker and corporate finance consultant, he contributes extensive capital market experience to the team. Since 2007, Andreas has served as the Independent Director and Chair of the Special Committee on the board of Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust V, Inc. He was awarded the “Outstanding Directors Award” from the Dallas Business Journal for public companies for this role in 2014. As of 2018, Andreas additionally serves as the Honorary Consul for the Federal Republic of Germany in Dallas, TX.

Lorie Rodriguez
Chief Accounting Officer

Lorie Rodriguez joined International Capital, LLC in November 2018 as Chief Accounting Officer. Lorie has extensive experience in the accounting and financing of real estate transactions and over 25 years of experience managing accounting teams in US commercial and multifamily real estate. She is responsible for all accounting, reporting, cash management systems, and controls for the company and its investors.

Before Lorie joined International Capital, she served as Controller for Tekin Development for 2 years, Panterra Development for 3 years, and Cawley Partners for more than 13 years, all based in the DFW area. Her professional experience also includes managing accounting and finance teams, Granite Properties, and Century Development. Lorie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas (UD).

Peter Geier
Director of Business Development

Peter joined International Capital in October 2005. He is responsible for developing new and enhancing existing relationships with high net-worth individuals and consultants. Peter has over 30 years of management experience, building and maintaining strategic relationships with leaders from large corporations and entrepreneurs in the high-tech industry. Peter is bilingual and the primary liaison for German-speaking foreign investors.

Investor Liaison & HR Manager

In June 2011, Sandra joined the International Capital team as office manager. She takes care of all investor matters such and paperwork, including providing for various tax reporting needs in the U.S. Additionally, she coordinates and performs numerous special projects for our team and clients.

Sandra is native German from Ingolstadt (Bavaria). In 2005, she moved with her family to the United States. Sandra received an education in travel and tourism in Germany and serves as the first point of contact in the Dallas office for our domestic and international clients.

Director of Management Services

David joined the team in September 2013. David has over 20 years of commercial property management and supervision experience. Before joining International Capital, David served as General Manager for Younan Properties Inc. where he was responsible for a large portfolio of multiple commercial properties and the supervision of the property’s management staff. David holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

Michael brashear
Michael B. Brashears
Leasing & Facility Management Specialist

In January 2018 Michael Brashears’ joined the International Capital Property Management team as Leasing & Facility Management Specialist.

Michael’s commercial real estate experience, spanning the past 20 years, will add a new dimension of customer service and management style to our institutional and private clients.
Mr. Brashears’ new responsibilities will encompass acquisitions, leasing and facilities operations.

Prior to joining International Capital, Michael’s initial association with Bradford Companies provided him with a strong and lasting introduction to commercial real estate.
His involvement in various partnerships and entities, leasing and management of office, retail and industrial space, as well as, multi-family acquisitions and dispositions has resulted in a multifaceted knowledge of the real estate market of Texas and the DFW area.

Michael earned a BBA with a major in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He has held a Texas Broker License for the past 10 years.

Carrie Stumfall
Director of Asset Management

As Director of Asset Management, Carrie is responsible for managing investments in real estate projects, including strategy development, financial performance and reporting. Carrie also sources new business opportunities and underwrites new investments. Prior to joining International Capital, Carrie led the Mexico portfolio management, partnerships and business unit financial operations as Vice President for a division of Hunt Consolidated, a family-owned, multibillion-dollar global entity with interests including oil and gas and real estate. During her 24 years with the Hunt organization, Carrie worked in both the energy and real estate divisions. Most recently, Carrie was Vice President of Finance, overseeing acquisition analysis and reporting for a DFW residential developer, and has consulted for various organizations.

Carrie holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BBA and BFA from Southern Methodist University. Carrie is an active member of the DFW Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI). She currently serves on the Board of Youth with Faces, a DFW non-profit offering job training and life skills to youth in juvenile detention. She is also a member of the Residential Advisory Committee for My Possibilities, a Texas non-profit offering services and housing for individuals with disabilities.

Senior Vice President Acquisitions / Dispositions

Martina joined International Capital in 1999. Before relocating to the US, she worked for various large corporations in Germany, her last position being with a consulting engineers company in Essen,

Martina is a CCIM Designee, a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry and holds a Texas real estate license. She is responsible for International Capital‘s underwriting of new acquisition opportunities, the disposition of income properties and is the senior liaison for German-speaking foreign investors. Martina has closed dozens of transactions over the years and leads the acquisition/disposition due diligence and closing activities.

Franziska
Franziska Schroeder
Analyst in Acquisitions/Dispositions

In January 2021 Franziska Schroeder joined the International Capital Team as Analyst in Acquisitions/Dispositions.

With her master's degree in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Texas at Arlington, which she successfully completed in December 2020, Franziska has the necessary academic background in addition to her professional work experience in Germany and the US. She received her bachelor's degree in International Real Estate Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Aschaffenburg before joining International Capital as an intern in Spring 2017.

Before returning to IC, she worked as a real estate investment analyst for the Berlin crowdfunding company Zinsbaustein, where she was part of the due diligence team. Franziska audited real estate development products in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with a total volume of over EUR 200 million.

Franziska is a member of the IREM Institute of Real Estate Management.

Andrew Doster
Director, Multifamily Investments

In January 2019 Andrew Doster joined the International Capital team as an Acquisitions/Dispositions Manager. Andrew’s vast commercial real estate experience includes institutional finance, commercial lending, acquisitions, and investment brokerage. Prior to joining International Capital, Andrew led commercial financing originations in Texas for a private commercial real estate debt fund. Andrew gained extensive institutional finance experience while he was working at Freddie Mac Multifamily. He was involved in over $1.25 billion of commercial financing transactions.

Before Andrew worked for Freddie Mac Multifamily, he was employed by the Dallas-based brokerage firm Henry S. Miller Co. focusing on institutional-quality acquisitions and dispositions. During his 5-year tenure he was involved in transactions worth over $200million. Andrew pursued a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Economics from Louisiana State University (LSU). He currently holds a Texas Salesperson License and is involved locally in The Real Estate Council, NTCAR and the SPCA of Dallas.

Victoria bremer
Victoria Bremer
Associate, Multifamily Investments

In April 2019, Victoria Bremer joined the International Capital team as a Financial Analyst. Victoria will initially complete a rotational program, after which she will transition to a dual role as a relationship manager for select international Family Office clients and design contributor for various development projects. Prior to joining International Capital, Victoria worked for a global consulting firm, specifically within risk management and regulatory compliance.

Over her ~4 year tenure, she worked with large Fortune 500 financial institutions across the US, specializing in process re-design/implementation as well as operational risk management. Victoria earned her BBA in Finance with a minor in German from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Texas Salesperson License. She is actively involved within the local German community.

Ron Thomas
Director of Consulting Services and Land Development

Ron joined the company in June 2007 and is responsible for identifying and analyzing new land investments. He is also the consultant for current projects and responsible for assessing the highest and best use analysis and future marketing strategies.

Since 2014 Ron serves also as Vice President – Commercial on the Prosper Developers Council Board of Directors. Ron has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, with the past 15 years in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

Marion
Marion Peeschla
Financial Analyst

In June 2019, Marion Peeschla joined the International Capital team as a Financial Analyst, directly following the completion of her 6-month, rotational internship. Her main areas of focus include Land Development, IC’s Colorado investments, social media strategy and marketing.

Marion is a native German, born and raised in Berlin where she completed a three-year vocational training in graphic design for print media. She has been in the United States since 2009, during which she earned bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington. Marion holds an active Texas Salesperson License.
