In July 2021, a partnership between International Capital and SWBC Real Estate successfully sold Falconhead Apartments, a 248-unit garden-style multifamily community in Austin, TX. Built in 2003, Falconhead Apartments is situated directly along the Falconhead Golf Club and Lake Travis High School, an extremely high-barrier-to-entry neighborhood in the picturesque west Austin Hill Country.

The sale resulted for the investors a higher return with a significantly shorter investment period, than anticipated. The closing occurred less than 2 years after the project was acquired in Q2 2019.

This value-add project was one of five current multifamily partnerships between International Capital and SWBC Real Estate.
