August 3, 2018 – International Capital, LLC, as sponsor and asset manager for Fireside Lewisville which owned 9.5 acres of partially developed land close to Main Street in Lewisville, Texas, sold the total acreage to a unit of Megatel Homes, a premier large, regional homebuilder in Texas and Oklahoma.

The property was originally acquired by Fireside Lewisville and International Capital in June 2015.

This sale occurred to allow future development of the parcel and to ensure rapid development of 82 townhouses on this in-fill construction site. Originally zoned for 33 single family homes, the site was rezoned in 2018 to 82 townhouses to maximize the use of the site and accelerate its development.
