A German Family Office represented by International Capital purchased a 15-year Panera Bread ground lease in Greenville, Texas.

The property is located at the heavily travelled intersection of I-30 and US 67 and occupies a corner lot in front of a Lowe’s anchored shopping center. This was the second all cash acquisition by the German client in the last 10 months.
