International Capital represented a German Family Office in the acquisition of a new Starbucks property in Wesley Chapel, Florida, about 20 miles north of Tampa.
The property is located in a high traffic location in front of the new Tampa Premium Outlets and a Costco. The larger new Starbucks freestanding building prototype (30% larger) with a drive-thru lane is ideally suited for this busy retail corridor. The initial 10-year lease has no cancellation clause and four 5-year renewal options.
The purchase was the first commercial real estate acquisition of IC’s client in the USA.
