In 2010 a German investor represented by International Capital acquired a Fresenius dialysis center in Cadiz, Kentucky.

The 5,700 sq.ft. dialysis center operated by Fresenius Medical Care is located on approx. 1.23 acres in Cadiz, Kentucky. Over the years, the presence of the Fresenius clinic has been pivotal in meeting the healthcare needs of the region, providing essential services to residents and surrounding rural areas. Cadiz’s robust infrastructure, combined with its accessibility within Trigg County, made Fresenius extend their initial lease term of 12 years by an additional 5 years and show their future commitment to the site.

International Capital was able to successfully sell the property to SMBC, a multinational financial services group who works with Fresenius Medical Care in their quest to cut costs and streamline operations.
