Located directly off Hwy 360 within the Mansfield / South Grand Prairie submarket, the project will have direct access to employment centers in both Dallas and Fort Worth. This site offers a high standard of living with nearby retail and amenities, as well as its zoning to the highly-rated Midlothian ISD.
The project will be a medium-density, three-story garden style development with amenities that will include a resort-style pool & outdoor cooking area, state-of-the-art fitness center, golf simulator, business center, conference room, clubhouse, dog run, dog wash, automated package room, security cameras, valet trash service, and controlled access gates.
Construction is expected to begin imminently, with the total proposed construction time around 24 months.
Dallas-based Architecture Demarest is the architect with StoneHawk General Contractor acting as General Contractor and Simmons Bank providing the project financing.
