On October 31st, a partnership between StoneHawk Capital Partners and International Capital successfully closed on the construction loan for a new Class A, 273-unit multifamily development project in Arlington, TX. This marks the 2nd project collectively for the overall partnership.
Located within highly ranked Mansfield ISD, the project will provide convenient access to the market’s major employment, retail and recreational centers, with direct access off Highway 360. The 273-unit project will encompass 265 apartment units, 8 two-story townhomes, as well as 5 live/work or retail units.
New York Avenue will be constructed as a two, three and four-story, surface-parked development, including luxurious amenities such as a resort-style pool & outdoor grilling stations, professional wellness studio with CrossFit equipment, clubhouse, dog park, multi-sport simulator, and direct access to the Bowman Branch Trail. The project will offer studios, one- and two-bedroom units plus townhomes.
Construction is expected to begin immediately with a targeted completion in early 2025. BankUnited provided the construction loan with StoneHawk General Contractors, LLC acting as the General Contractor.
