Located in Austin’s northern suburbs, Ranch at Cedar Park provides unparallel access to the area’s major medical, retail, and recreational centers while only approx. 20 miles from downtown Austin.

Built in 2003, Ranch at Cedar Park is an affordable, garden-style, active-adult (55+) community that includes amenities such as a resort-style pool, community gym, community kitchen and cafe, golf putting green, computer lounge, library, and theatre. The property offers one- and two-bedroom units with 100% of units restricted at 60% AMI (Area Median Income).

Bonner Carrington will remain on as operator and property manager of the community including overseeing the capital improvement plan.
