Bent Tree Gardens, a 25,745-sf two-story office building located at 17130 Dallas Parkway in Dallas just south of Trinity Mills was sold recently after a 23-year ownership by its seller. The buyer, a local investor, will occupy space in the building and plans on converting some of the office suites into office condominiums.

International Capital, LLC, the seller’s property and asset manager has been occupying the building as a tenant since 2001.
