Sale in Princeton Crossroads, TX
Princeton car wash

SOLD - In May 2024, IC-SB Princeton Land Partners, L.P. successfully sold 1.2 acres pad site to the developer and operator of a car wash in Princeton, TX on Highway US-380.

This sale is part of the Princeton Crossroads project, 297 acres mixed-use, master planned development which includes retail, commercial, medical, office, single family and multifamily. The partnership has approximately 74 acres left for sale, which are development ready- connected to water, sewer, and roadways.

The new development has direct access to Highway 380 and is adjacent to several other automotive service centers in the same location. The project benefits from the high traffic density and high population growth in north Dallas.
Princeton is the third fastest-growing city in America. The Census Bureau estimated that Princeton's population grew by 22% to over 28,000 residents in 2023. Within 15 years, by 2039, the Census Bureau expects the population to exceed 110,000. In 2016, when the partnership acquired the land, Princeton had a population of around 8,000 residents.

IC-SB is led by Dallas based International Capital, LLC, a brokerage firm, and real estate investment company focused on providing commercial real estate services to family offices and high net worth individuals.
