In May 2024, a partnership between International Capital and Provident Realty Advisors successfully closed for Roaming Trails Burleson, a new 199-pad recreational vehicle (RV) development in Burleson, TX, approx. 15 miles south of Ft. Worth, TX, and Roaming Trails Calaveras, a new 216-pad recreational vehicle (RV) development in San Antonio, TX.

Both communities will offer Class A amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, dog park, package locker system, high-speed Wifi, private fencing, walking trails, and storage units. Each project will target a growing number of longer-term tenants within the RV sector to provide affordable housing for traveling workers, visiting families, and temporarily relocated individuals conveniently located within the Dallas/Ft. Worth and San Antonio markets.

Construction on Roaming Trails Burleson is expected to begin immediately with a targeted completion in Q2 2025 with Roaming Trails Calaveras expected to begin in Q3 2024 with completion projected in Q3 2025. Trez Capital provided financing for both projects with Cannon Construction acting as General Contractor and Blue Water Management as Property Manager.
