In July 2019, International Capital successfully raised $13.36M equity from domestic and international investors for the acquisition and renovation of a 248-unit Class A multifamily community named Falconhead Apartments within the Austin area.

The value-add renovation is managed by SWBC Real Estate, a Texas based institutional developer, who has worked with IC in the past and has extensive value-add and development experience with multi-family projects. Units will be upgraded on par with other affordable Class A assets in the surrounding market.
