Two German Family Office represented by International Capital purchased a Fresenius dialysis center Houston, Texas.

The dialysis center, leased on a 15-year NN lease to Fresenius Medical Care, was built in 2018 in Regency Square Business Park along Southwest Freeway in the Sharpstown area of Houston.

Familiarity with the tenant, its credit and the need-driven aspects of the services provided by dialysis centers, were major factors in the investors’ decision to pursue the investment. The transaction was closed all cash. The acquisition is the sixth purchase of a Fresenius dialysis center by one of IC’s clients.
