International Capital and JPI Successfully Close on the Sale of Jefferson at The Grove in Frisco, TX (DFW)

In July 2024, a partnership between International Capital and JPI successfully sold Jefferson at The Grove, a 424-unit, garden-style multifamily development in Frisco, TX, approximately 30 miles north of Dallas, TX for an undisclosed price.

Completed in 2022, Jefferson at The Grove is located within The Grove master-planned community, a 735-acre award-winning single-family community within the highly ranked Frisco ISD. The property is located near Custer Road & Main Street adjacent to Craig Ranch, a large, mixed-use campus that includes a TPC-rated golf course, office and residential.
