Grant Schoen joined International Capital in October 2025 as Director of Farmland, bringing extensive previous experience across acquisitions and asset management, along with deep personal ties to U.S. agriculture.

He previously served as an Associate at AcreTrader, where he oversaw the acquisition of farmland investments across multiple U.S. growing regions.

In addition to leading transactions, he managed leasing and ongoing operations for the firm’s farmland portfolio that grew to over $500 million during his tenure.

Following AcreTrader, Grant joined Longpoint Partners to develop and implement their farmland investment strategy, with a focus on fresh specialty produce production and the redevelopment of non-productive assets.

As the fourth generation of his family's cattle ranch in Freistatt, Missouri, Grant’s lifelong connection to agriculture informs his investment approach.

In total Grant has successfully completed over 50 transactions in the acquisition and management of farms across multiple US regions and crops, investing more than $100 million USD over the past six years.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
