A German Family Office represented by International Capital purchased a newly constructed surgery-center in Southlake, Texas.

The purchase compliments a previous acquisition of some years ago when the client purchased a medical office building adjacent to the site of the surgery center. The tenant structure of both buildings is similar.

The 10,700 SF building is leased to a Joint Venture between the hospital operator Baylor Scott & White, United Surgical Partners and a group of gastroenterologists of Texas Digestive Disease Consultants (TDDC), the largest gastroenterology group in the United States.

The property was acquired all cash and is the fifth commercial real estate acquisition of the FO in the United States through IC over the last three years.
