
Andreas Bremer joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in October 2002. Since then, he has assumed extensive leadership roles and ultimately acquired full ownership of the company. He brings more than 30 years of financial and general management experience with extensive knowledge of corporate finance and commercial lending. He holds a designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). As a former banker, German-educated lawyer, and corporate finance consultant, Andreas provides immense depth and breadth to International Capital’s management team. A native of Germany, he is now an American Citizen and conducts business in both German and English.
Since 2007, Andreas has served as independent director and chair of the Special Committee on the board of Lightstone Value REIT Plus V. In 2014, he was awarded the “Outstanding Directors Award” of the Dallas Business Journal for North Texas public companies for his work on this board.
Andreas is a licensed broker in the state of Texas.

Victoria (Bremer) Shaneyfelt first joined International Capital in 2019 and transitioned to Director of Operations in January 2024. In addition to analyzing new multifamily opportunities and managing the ongoing investor reporting for International Capital’s multifamily portfolio, Victoria now oversees the firm’s internal operations, ensuring strategic and viable long-term positioning.
Prior to joining International Capital, Victoria worked for a global consulting firm, specializing in risk management and regulatory compliance. Over her 4-year tenure, she worked with Fortune 500 financial institutions, specializing in process re-design/implementation as well as operational risk management. Victoria earned her BBA in Finance with a minor in German from The University of Texas at Austin and studied a semester abroad at the University of St. Gallen. She is fluent in English and German, holds a Texas Salesperson License and is pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Peter Geier joined International Capital as private placement specialist in October 2005. Since 2013, he has served as the Director of Business Development, where he is responsible for developing new and enhancing existing relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and marketing partners. Additionally, Peter is responsible for all internal technology, security, customer communications, and various channel management efforts including events and trade shows.
He holds a Texas real estate license, is bilingual in English and German, and serves as is the primary liaison for German-speaking investors.

Sina Bueckle first joined International Capital in December 2017. She is responsible for developing and managing consultative relationships with select family offices and high-net-worth investors. Her experience and academic background enable her to perform complex financial analysis and critically evaluate projects & portfolios to match her clients’ needs.
Prior to joining, Sina worked for an international real estate advisory firm focusing on acquisition due diligence and investment analysis. She earned her MBA and MS Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, holds a B.S. in Real Estate from The Nuertingen-Geislingen University (Germany) and a BSc (Hons) in Construction and Property Management from The University of South Wales (UK). She is fluent in English and German, holds a Texas Salesperson License and is pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Sandra Bauer joined the International Capital team in 2011 and manages all investor-facing matters, including various tax reporting, immigration, and banking needs. She coordinates and performs countless special projects for our team and clients in German and English and serves as the first point of contact in the Dallas office for domestic and international clients.
Sandra not only serves as the liaison for our investors, but also for the IC team through her HR role. She develops and maintains internal procedures, handles employee-related issues, and leads recruiting and retention efforts.Sandra is a native German from Ingolstadt (Bavaria), where she received her degree in travel and tourism and worked in Europe before ultimately moving to the US.
She holds her Human Resources Management certificate, is a member of the nationwide HR Advisory Board, and is also actively involved in the German community in Dallas.

Joe Shaneyfelt assumed the newly created role of General Counsel and Director of Business Affairs in September 2025. In this capacity, he oversees the legal and strategic dimensions across the company’s real estate portfolio, including negotiations with city, state, and federal authorities. He also plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and evaluating future business opportunities.
Joe joins the company after five years at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, a global leader in real estate law. Joe handled a wide variety of cases and transactions spanning municipal, state, federal, and international law related to real estate development, multifamily housing, industrial facilities, data centers, U.S. construction law, complex commercial contracts, intellectual property, constitutional law, and regulatory compliance.
After graduating from Benedictine College and Baylor Law School, Joe’s early career included a prestigious federal clerkship, and a fellowship with the Texas Attorney General. He is recognized as a “Texas Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and named among the “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers. In September 2025, Joe was appointed by the Supreme Court of Texas to serve on the Professional Ethics Committee for the State Bar of Texas.

Michael Koval, CPA joined International Capital as Director of Tax in January of 2024.
In this key leadership role, Mr. Koval will contribute his extensive domestic and international expertise in tax strategy, planning, and compliance to further strengthen International Capital’s commitment to providing exceptional services to its domestic and international clients.
As Director of Tax, Michael Koval will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the firm’s tax advisory services, ensuring that clients receive tailored and innovative solutions to address their complex tax needs. With a proven tax record in U.S. tax, including 9 years with Kurtz and Company and ultimately Moss Adams, Mr. Koval brings a wealth of experience to International Capital.
The new tax services provided will cater to businesses seeking professional guidance and support in navigating the complexities of U. S. and international tax regulations.
Mr. Koval’s expertise will assist clients to optimize their tax positions, minimize liabilities, and ensure compliance with the latest U.S. tax laws. Additionally, he will be instrumental in coordinating working relationships with international tax consultants.

Martina joined International Capital in 1999. Before relocating to the US, she worked for various large corporations in Germany, her last position being with a consulting engineers company in Essen,
Martina is a CCIM Designee, a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry and holds a Texas real estate license. She is responsible for International Capital‘s underwriting of new acquisition opportunities, the disposition of income properties and is the senior liaison for German-speaking foreign investors. Martina has closed dozens of transactions over the years and leads the acquisition/disposition due diligence and closing activities.

Andrew Doster joined the company in January 2019 and leads the sourcing, structuring and managing of investments into multifamily development and acquisitions. Partnering with institutional-quality multifamily developers and operators, his team targets limited partnership opportunities in major growth markets throughout Texas and the Southeast.
Prior to joining International Capital, Andrew held senior financing roles with Freddie Mac Multifamily and a middle-market debt fund. He began his career in multifamily investment sales with Henry S. Miller Co. and has been involved in the financing, investing, or disposition of over $2.5 billion of multifamily assets throughout the United States.
Andrew earned his BBA in Economics from Louisiana State University and holds a Texas Salesperson License. He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

In June 2023, Robert Moffitt joined the International Capital Multifamily team. He is responsible for conducting research and trend analyses for existing and new investment markets, generating investor documentation and financial analyses, and analyzing new multifamily investment opportunities.
Robert brings prior real estate experience from a previous internship at a Dallas Private Equity firm, where he worked as part of the real estate investments team. He assisted in the due diligence and underwriting of prospective acquisitions and developments throughout the Southern US and the concluding presentations to their investment committee and investors.
Robert graduated from Southern Methodist University in May 2023 with a degree in Finance.

Lorie Rodriguez, CPA & CMA joined International Capital, LLC in November 2018 as Chief Accounting Officer and functions since 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Lorie has extensive experience in the accounting and financing of real estate transactions and over 25 years of experience managing accounting teams in US commercial and multifamily real estate. She is responsible for all accounting, reporting, cash management systems, and controls for the company and its investors.
Before Lorie joined International Capital, she served as Controller for Tekin Development for 2 years, Panterra Development for 3 years, and Cawley Partners for more than 13 years, all based in the DFW area. Her professional experience also includes managing accounting and finance teams, Granite Properties, and Century Development. Lorie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas (UD).

Cody King joined International Capital in March 2022 and serves as Accounting Manager. In this role, he oversees financial reporting, billing, budget-related functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. Cody plays a key role in reviewing financial data for both properties and holding entities, enhancing internal controls, and improving the quality of property reporting for clients.
Previously, Cody was a Corporate Accountant at Asset Living, a leading external property management firm managing over 288,000 residential units. His experience there provided him with extensive knowledge in financial accounting, electronic payment processing, and the efficient management of complex transaction processes in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Cody is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University. As International Capital continues to grow, he is focused on expanding his expertise in syndication, corporate structuring, and financial analysis for commercial properties and holding companies.

Tammy Gibson joined International Capital in September 2025 as Director of Property Management, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of the company’s full-service property management operations.
Prior to joining International Capital, Tammy worked for commercial real estate firms such as RREEF, Transwestern, Cawley Partners, and Healthcare Realty, a Nashville, TN-based healthcare REIT, where she was recognized for her professionalism and exceptional customer orientation. Over her 25+ year career, she has accumulated extensive knowledge in various aspects of property management, including medical office buildings, retail parcels, industrial properties, commercial office buildings as well as multi-family assets. She has experience in complex monthly collections and is well-versed in financial services & reporting, including budget variances, accruals and reforecasting as well as property operating and capital budgets
Tammy has gained deep knowledge with the due diligence required for the preparation of asset dispositions. Her experience includes overseeing the progress of construction and maintenance projects, as well as communicating updates on project timelines, delays, and schedule changes. She is dedicated to closely monitoring building conditions and addressing tenant concerns, taking pride in her detailed oversight of financial reporting and budgeting.
Tammy currently holds a TREC Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate license and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association. She is also a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association)

Laurin Kolb first joined International Capital, LLC as an intern in March 2023 while pursuing his master’s degree in business administration at Texas A&M University – Commerce. During his internship, he gained valuable experience in the real estate industry, particularly in multifamily, asset management and property management.
Previously, Mr. Kolb worked in the public administration sector for the police department in Wiesbaden, Hesse. As part of the property management team, Mr. Kolb is responsible for the management, maintenance, and improvements of the $200 million stabilized real estate portfolio. He also conducts relevant market research and important trend analyses. In his role as an asset manager, he is responsible for return maximization on investment of International Capital LLC’s real estate projects, investor reporting especially for stabilized assets, market research and financial analyses. Moreover, Mr. Kolb is responsible for the aerials of the various multi-family developments, stabilized properties and land developments of International Capital, LLC.
Since 2025, Mr. Kolb has also been appointed as a board member of a non-profit foundation of a German family-owned company. This provides him with first-hand experience of public and private developments in Germany and the decision-making processes of a German family office.
Mr. Kolb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden and graduated with a Master of Business Administration from East Texas A&M University in December 2023.

In January 2018 Michael Brashears’ joined the International Capital Property Management team as Leasing & Facility Management Specialist.
Michael’s commercial real estate experience, spanning the past 20 years, will add a new dimension of customer service and management style to our institutional and private clients.
Mr. Brashears’ new responsibilities will encompass acquisitions, leasing and facilities operations.
Prior to joining International Capital, Michael’s initial association with Bradford Companies provided him with a strong and lasting introduction to commercial real estate.
His involvement in various partnerships and entities, leasing and management of office, retail and industrial space, as well as, multi-family acquisitions and dispositions has resulted in a multifaceted knowledge of the real estate market of Texas and the DFW area.
Michael earned a BBA with a major in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He has held a Texas Broker License for the past 10 years.

Ron joined the company in June 2007 and is responsible for identifying and analyzing new land investments. He is also the consultant for current projects and responsible for assessing the highest and best use analysis and future marketing strategies.
Since 2014 Ron serves also as Vice President – Commercial on the Prosper Developers Council Board of Directors. Ron has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, with the past 15 years in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

In June 2019, Marion Peeschla joined the International Capital team as a Financial Analyst, directly following the completion of her 6-month, rotational internship. Her main areas of focus include Land Investments and Development, Farmland Investments, social media strategy and marketing.
Marion is a native German, born and raised in Berlin where she completed a three-year vocational training in graphic design for print media. She has been in the United States since 2009, during which she earned bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington with honors.
Since 2022 Marion has been a Board of Director of Princeton Crossroads Property Owners Associations along with being a Member of the Architectural Design Review Committee for such. Marion holds an active Texas Salesperson License.
She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. In 2023 she graduated from the Center for Leadership and now serves on the Executive Committee for the class of 2024.
