In December 2021, International Capital successfully raised over $22.4M in equity from international and domestic investors for the development of a 383-unit Class A multifamily community. The Kelsey Apartment Homes at Howard Lane will feature a garden-urban (“gurban”) styled community in the high-growth corridor of Far North Austin, TX.

The project will be developed by Bonner Carrington, an Austin based vertically integrated commercial real estate company specializing in the development, construction, management, and ownership of high-quality apartment home communities in urban areas of Texas.

The Kelsey will be built on over 23 acres and includes noteworthy amenities including resort-style pools with sunning decks, cabanas and lounge seating, a fitness center, conference rooms, community gardens, and a bicycle tune-up shop. The community additionally emphasizes sustainable elements, ensuring consideration of the project’s surroundings and future tenants.

Construction is planned to be begin in early 2022 with first units expected to be delivered by Q2 2023. Oklahoma-based Interbank provided the construction financing with Bonner Carrington serving as general contractor and property manager.
