January 5, 2021 – IC-SB Princeton Land Partners, LP (ICSB) and one of its advised partnerships successfully closed a 12.5 acres parcel to the NRP Group in December 2020 to NRP Group.

NRP Group, a leading national developer of multifamily projects, plans to develop 312 affordable living units. The start of construction is anticipated during the 2nd quarter of 2021.

The sale is part of the “Princeton Crossroads” projects, a mixed-use, master planned development by ICSB which includes retail, commercial, medical, office, single family, and multifamily projects.

The NRP Group will be joining the new developments of LGI Homes, NexMetro Luxury Rental Homes, Cope Equities, 7-Eleven, along with the under construction 50,000 SF City of Princeton Municipal Center within a new 9.5-acre City Park.
