In November 2024, a partnership between Lang Partners and International Capital successfully closed on the construction loan for a new Class A, 375-unit, wrap-style multifamily community named Sherman Lofts in Richardson, TX, approx. 15 minutes north of Dallas, TX.

Sherman Lofts will lie just north of Texas Instruments’ global HQ, Fossil Group’s global HQ, and minutes from Medical City Dallas, among other major employers. This transit-oriented development will have access to Dallas’ light rail system (DART), providing additional transportation to future residents.

Text BoxCommunity amenities will include co-working space, resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, EV charging stations, club room, bicycle racks, direct access to Central Trail, among others. Unit amenities will include high-end appliances, unit workstations, mud rooms, washer/dryers, covered balconies, and more.

Construction is expected to begin imminently, with the total proposed construction time of around 24 months.

Dallas-based Belshaw Muholland is the architect, with Lang Silverline, LLC acting as general contractor, and Comerica Bank providing the project financing.
