In October 2024, a partnership between International Capital and SWBC successfully sold Royalton at Discovery, a 295-unit, garden-style multifamily development in Rockwall, TX, approximately 25 miles northeast of downtown Dallas, TX for an undisclosed price.

Completed on time and within budget in 2023, the Royalton at Discovery is a second phase of a two-phase project developed by SWBC. Among other amenities, The Royalton at Discovery offers a resort style pool, dog park, community business center, outdoor gathering areas, jogging trails, and 24-hour fitness center.
