In 2013 a German investor represented by International Capital acquired a Fresenius dialysis center in Jacksonville, Florida.

After a holding period of 10 years, International Capital was able to successfully sell the property to an institutional buyer.

The 6,000 sq.ft. dialysis center operated by Fresenius Medical Care is located on approx. 1.23 acres in West Jacksonville.

Over the holding period, the property has earned the investor attractive annual returns in addition to the realization of the increase in value at the time of sale.
