International Capital Successfully Closed on 1.34 Acres For a 7-Eleven Convenience Store in Princeton Crossroads, TX

As part of the new Princeton Crossroads development project, IC-SB Princeton Land Partners, LP, successfully closed on 1.34 acres of land for the construction of a new 7-Eleven convenient store in March 2020. The new store will be approximately 4,050 SF with an in-store Mexican fast food operation, along with outside gasoline sales. The store will be operated as a 7-Eleven Corporate store, with construction scheduled to start July 2020.

The new store will be located close to the new City Municipal Center and new City Park, scheduled to start construction 4Q 2020, along with the new development of 331 single-family residential homes. The home builder is LGI Homes, with the first building permits starting in May 2020.
