Rayna Small joined the company in May of 2024 and is as Vice President of Management Services responsible for all aspects of property management strategy and leadership. She has extensive experience providing leadership and direction needed to drive the achievement of community management-related goals and objectives.

Prior to joining International Capital, Rayna worked for Spirit Realty Capital Trust, one of the largest national US-REIT’s where she served as Vice President of Property Management. She has extensive real estate management and accounting experience, including roles at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Eagle Commercial Realty Services, and Nexus Development Corporation. Rayna’s expertise is in developing and implementing strategies based on property management best practices, innovation, and wide-ranging business intelligence to produce results that positively impact the bottom line.

She has continually been recognized for delivering exceptional results, leading in fast-paced, dynamic business environments. Rayna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University. Rayna also holds the Texas Salesperson License.
