A German investor purchased a 11,000 square foot freestanding Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) dialysis facility in Austell, Georgia.
Fresenius, the world's largest provider of dialysis products and services, is headquartered in Germany and operates more than 1,700 dialysis centers nationwide, which makes it the largest provider of renal services in North America.
The new center in Austell (25 miles northwest of Atlanta) opened in 2009 under a 12-year lease agreement with multiple extension options. It perfectly fit the investor's need for a RE investment in the medical field with long-term credit tenancy and stable returns.
Martina Crevecoeur with International Capital, LLC of Dallas, Texas represented the investor, Kevin Steele with Stan Johnson Co., Tulsa, brokered the transaction on behalf of the developer/seller.
