Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. signed a 5-year lease for 14,837 square feet at 8100 Jetstar Drive in Irving.
The German automaker will utilize its space in the 5-building flex complex off Hwy 114 as a training facility for mechanics and sales staff.
Scott Ehley with International Capital, LLC negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Dave Anderson with CBRE represented the tenant.
