International Capital added a second Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) dialysis facility to the portfolio of properties it manages on behalf of its German owners/investors.
The center is located in Grand Prairie, Texas and operates under a long-term net lease agreement with multiple extension options. Fresenius, the world's largest provider of dialysis products and services, is headquartered in Germany and operates more than 1,700 dialysis centers nationwide, which makes it the largest provider of renal services in North America.
