Christiane Hepfer is the Founder and President of International Capital. Within the last·30 years, she has consummated more than $300 Million in real estate transactions.
Christiane is in charge of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and strategic planning for European investors. Christiane is fluent in both German and English and conducts business in both languages.

Andreas K. Bremer joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer in October of 2002. Andreas has over 20 years of financial and general management experience with extensive knowledge of corporate finance and commercial lending and holds a degree as CCIM. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company’s operations. Before joining International Capital, Andreas was the Chief Financial Officer of ATLASwerks®, a leading communication software company in Dallas, acted as Corporate Finance consultant at McKinsey & Co. and served as VP Finance & Treasurer at Paging Network, Inc. He started his career at COMMERZBANK AG in Germany and spent seven of the 13-year tenure at the company’s New York and Atlanta offices. Andreas received a law degree from the Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. He serves on the boards of Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT II, Inc. and as Chairman of the German International School in Dallas.

Rick began his career in Dallas with Arthur Andersen & Company immediately after graduating from the University of Illinois and passing the CPA exam. He is a Texas licensed CPA and has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience in a variety of businesses including real estate, financial services, and business technology services.
Rick is responsible for all accounting, reporting, systems and controls for the company and its investors. Prior to joining International Capital in May of 2003, Rick was the Chief Financial Officer of PRIMEDIA Workplace Learning, a learning and information company in Dallas. His professional experience also includes over ten years with The Associates (now Citigroup) and five years with Trammell Crow Company as Controller.

Jeanine joined Collinternational, Inc., an affiliate of International Capital, LLC in 2003 as Portfolio Manager. In this position, Jeanine is responsible for a portfolio of properties including office, retail, industrial, and residential condominiums.
Jeanine now also serves as Director of Management Services for International Capital, LLC where her duties include the supervision of property management, tenant improvement construction, leasing coordination, property tax consulting, and property insurance procurement.
Previously, Jeanine served as Vice President – Operations for RM Crowe Company where she was responsible for a large portfolio of commercial properties and supervision of the property management staff.
Jeanine graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Additionally, she holds a current Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and a Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

Scott joined ICI in April of 2005. His experience covers nearly every sector of the commercial real estate industry including construction development and management, property management, sales and acquisitions and the leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. Scott is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Management and minor in Finance. He began his career as the Owner and President of his own company offering services to commercial developers, owners and general contractors.
Scott has held responsible positions at The John Bowles Company, The Holt Companies, The Centra Group, The Tipton Group and Synergized Development Company.
Scott has represented a variety of landlords in transactions with such clients as CMD Realty Investors, Teachers Associates, Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company, CUNA Mutual Life Insurance Company, National Travelers Life Insurance Company, Today Realty Advisors and Synergized Development Company. These companies have achieved their leasing and exit strategies through his expertise, determination, and work ethic.
Scott is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and the North Texas Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He has held a Broker’s License with the Texas Real Estate Commission since 1987.

Martina Crevecoeur joined International Capital in 1999.
Previously she worked for a consulting engineers company in Essen/Germany where she was in charge of personnel matters for the firm's large free-lance consultant pool for more than 6 years.
Martina studied at the University of Houston in the late 1980s and was ready for a return to the US when offered a position with ICI.
Today Ms. Crevecoeur holds a degree as CCIM, has a Texas Real Estate license and is responsible for International Capital's acquisition and disposition of income properties. Being English/German bi-lingual, she is also a senior liaison for German-speaking foreign investors.

Ron is part of the company since June 2007 and is responsible for identifying and analyzing new land investments, as well as consulting on current projects including highest and best use analysis and future marketing strategies. Ron has over 35 years of experience in Commercial real estate, with the past 15 years in the Dallas / Fort Worth market.·

Melanie joined the company as Office Manager and Marketing Assistant in July 2010 and will be the first point of contact to our Investors in the Dallas office. She received an education as office manager in Germany. As part of a US military community in Germany for 7 years, Melanie, being English/German bi-lingual, worked for the US Army Medical Command as Administrative Assistant and Patient Liaison to american patients and german doctors.

Peter Geier joined International Capital as Private Placement Specialist in October 2005. He is responsible for developing new and enhancing existing relationships with high net worth individuals and consultants.
Peter has over 20 years of management experience, building and maintaining strategic relationships with leaders from large corporations and entrepreneurs in the high tech industry. Peter was essential in supporting the rapid growth of multiple companies. He was a leading marketer at Eicon Networks where he was essential in making the ISDN technology easier to deploy in many countries. Before joining International Capital he built a channel organization for EADS Telecom in Texas. Being bi-lingual English/German, he is the primary liaison for German-speaking foreign investors.
